Battery Loose
Symptom:
Customer may feel the battery is not connected firmly.
Solution:
Check if the battery latch get locked and battery can be detected by system, if so, it is not a problem. If the battery cannot be detected, or easily get disconnected from system, replace the battery.
Note:
1. Check if there is any physical damage in battery shell and system cover, or any latch get broken. If so, follow CID process to handle.
2. If customer has concern, collect pictures and escalate to Lenovo technical support.
